A Complete Consultation includes,
Two 1-hour sessions: Initial consult and follow up.
6-15 pages of Holistic, Educational and Herbal Material
2 Customized Herbal Blends of Choice.
All consults are provided by Clinical Herbalist, Alyssa Holmes.

Mini Consults Consist of,
45 Minute Initial Consult (through zoom)
25 Minute Follow Up (through zoom)

A Holistic Nutrition Plan Includes,
30 minute intake, to discuss goals and requests from the client
the client will be sent a 3-5 page Customized Nutrition Plan. The Nutrition Plan will be based off the client’ individual health + wellness goals.

Follow up consults are available after a complete or mini consult and includes,
30 ($30) or 60 ($60) minute consult.
2 pages of Holistic and Herbal Educational Material.
