Consultations (Virtual)
ALL CONSULTS ARE THROUGH ZOOM
After the Initial Consult (30 min), the client will be sent a 3-5 page Customized Nutrition Plan. The Nutrition Plan will be based off the client’ individual health + wellness goals.
A Complete Consultation includes, Two 1-hour sessions: Initial consult and follow up. 6-15 pages of Holistic, Educational and Herbal Material 2 Customized Herbal Blends of Choice. All consults are provided by Clinical Herbalist, Alyssa Holmes.
Mini Consults Consist of, 45 Minute Initial Consult (through zoom) 25 Minute Follow Up (through zoom) 4-6 Pages of Holistic, Educational and Herbal Material 1 Customized Herbal Blend of Choice
Follow up consults are available after a complete or mini consult and includes, 30 or 60 minute consult. 2 pages of Holistic and Herbal Educational Material. Optional herbal blend(s) with an additional charge. Optional 4-6 pages of Holistic and Herbal Educational Material.
