How to Make a Medicinal Tea

Product Instructions
INGREDIENTS: Herbs, Filtered/Spring Water, Tea Kettle or Jar with a Lid
RATIO: 2 TBSP of herbs per cup of water
INSTRUCTIONS:
Boil water: Bring fresh, clean water to a boil
Add the Herbs: Place your herbs according to the ratio above in a heat-safe jar with a lid (Mason Jars) or tea kettle.
Pour and Cover: Pour the hot water over the herbs, then cover immediately with a lid. (Covering herbs keeps the volatile oils from escaping)
Steep: Let it steep for at least 30 min-1 hour. This allows the plants’ constituents to extract properly, offering optimal medicinal benefits.
Strain: Remove the herbs and strain the tea
Sweeten: Use a sweetener of your choice. Local Honey, Stevia, and Maple Syrup are great choices.
