Sore Muscle Soak serves as a relief to pain in muscles, joints, tendons, etc. This herbal blend has a mix of pain relieving, toning, calming, and aromatic mint botanicals to assist in improving sore muscles. Sore Muscle Soak contains no synthetic fragrances, phthalates, or dyes. This recipe is strictly botanical derived to help soothe and improve discomfort. 


Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Epsom Salt

  • 1 ½ Cup Baking Soda

  • 2 Tbsp Dry Peppermint Aerials

  • 2 Tbsp Chamomile Flowers

  • 1 Tsp Sage Leaves

  • 1 Tsp Lavender Flowers

  • 1 Tsp Yarrow Flowers

  • 1 Tsp Arnica Flowers

  • 3 Drops of Eucalyptus Essential Oil

  • ¼ Cup of Almond Oil 


Instructions

Add Epsom Salt and Baking Soda into a bowl. Add the measured herbs. Mix together until well combined. Add the Eucalyptus and Almond Oil. Add into a sock or tea bag and tie/hang around the faucet. Use as needed, but remember to drink water to avoid dehydration.

Chamomile: Nervine, Anti-Inflammatory, Stomachic

Sage:Nervine, Spasmolytic, Antigalactic, Astringent, Hormonogogue

Lavender: Carminative, Nervine, Antidepressant, 

Yarrow: Diaphoretic, Analgesic, Bitter Tonic, Vasodilator

Arnica: Anti-Inflammatory, Analgesic, Antimicrobial, Antirheumatic, Antiarthritic 

Eucalyptus: Antibacterial, Antifungal, Anti-Inflammatory, Anticancer, Analgesic, 

Almond Oil: Antioxidant, Anti-Inflammatory, Emollient, Antibacterial, Antifungal
